Joan Pearson (nee Sanders)

Age 86, late of Hegewisch, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2020. Beloved wife of late Dean Pearson. Loving mother of Jeff (Julia) Pearson, Kenneth (Julie) Pearson, Lynn (George) Ranos, Joan (Tim) David and late Gary A. (Joyce Ann) Pearson. Caring grandmother of Nathaneal Pearson, Nicholas (Carrie) Pearson, Molly (Sasha) Pearson, Kenneth (Debbie) Ranos, Sheri (Jason) Ranos, Eric (Virginia) David, Gary Patrick David, Benjamin (David) David, Andrew Pearson, Alyssa Pearson, Dana (Sean) Robinson, Joanna Pearson and Dean (Sydney) Pearson. Proud great grandmother of Ella, Rylie, Liam, Mackenzie, Annika, Caio, Jordan, Victoria, and Maeve. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Loyal friend to many. Preceded in death by parents: Willis and Elvera Sanders and siblings: BettyVee Johnson and Letty Larson.

Joan was a proud and dedicated member of Lebanon Lutheran Church, active in Cedars of Lebanon, Lutheran Church Woman, and Church Choir. She blessed all with her bright smile and contagious laughter.
