Daniel Lisek

Age 79, late of Hegewisch, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021. Beloved husband of Mary Lisek (nee Zuiker) for 58 years. Loving father of Daniel (MaryBeth) Lisek, Pamela (Amado) Cabrera and the late Jeffrey Lisek. Caring grandfather of Brendan, Anthony and Keegan Cabrera. Kind brother-in-law of Fred (Bernadette) Kelleher. Dear uncle of one niece and two nephews. Preceded in death by parents: Walter and Stella (nee Lesniak)  Lisek and brother Ben Lisek.

Daniel retired from Ford Motors after 35 years of dedicated service. He loved to travel, fish and cook. Daniel was a loyal Bears and Blackhawks fan and enjoyed tackling any home project.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Memory of Daniel may be sent to: St. Jude Children's Hospital.

With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines, social distancing and face masks that cover the mouth and nose are required upon entry at the funeral home and church (face masks will not be provided by the funeral home or church).
