Robert L. Milkowski

Robert L. Milkowski, born on October 24, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois, and late of Calumet City, IL passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025. He was known for his sense of humor, generous spirit, warm heart, and enduring commitment to family and friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his beloved parents, George Milkowski and Anne (late Walter F. Karas) Milkowski (nee Pietras), and his siblings, Walter Karas and Christine Milkowski and dear niece, Sarah McCafferty. Their memories remained close to his heart, shaping the kind man he became.

He leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory. His siblings, George (Rhonda) Milkowski, Lawrence (Antoinette) Milkowski and Annette Milkowski, will hold onto the countless moments and laughter that they shared. Robert was a proud uncle to Dr. Marcy (Peter Rizzi) Milkowski, Matthew (Christine) Milkowski, Mary Anne Milkowski, Joseph (Megan) Milkowski, Kyle Flynn, Terra Flynn, Brian J. McCafferty and Kelsey McCafferty. He was thrilled to be a great uncle to Ayden McCafferty, Veda Milkowski, Owen Milkowski, Lylah Reyes and Leo Milkowski

A loyal friend to many, Robert's impact extended beyond family, as he forged connections that enriched his life and the lives of those around him. His legacy of kindness included his sponsorship of the American Legion Post #272. Robert will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
