Loving wife, Beloved Mother, Mother-in-law, Grandmother, Koumbara, Nouna, Dear Friend, Baker, Seamstress, Chef and “Mati banisher” passed away suddenly in Greece. Our hearts are broken. Our rock, our best friend, the person to always shows us love and unconditional support - there for all of our happiness, our absolute highs and our disastrous lows has left us, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023.
Beloved wife of George Papoulias. Loving mother of Maria (Andreas) Anastasopoulos, Evangelia (Louis) Babalis and Thomas (Tina) Papoulias. Proud grandmother of Joanna, George, Vivian, Panos and Angelus. Cherished sister of Anastasia Stamati. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents: Thomas and Evangelia Kourniotis.
You have always put us before yourself. You have done more for us than we could ever do for you. She has gone to be our Guardian Angel from above as she was our Guardian Angel here on this earth. Words can’t even express our heartache, we love you Giagia K and our lives will never be the same without you.
