Dawn was a devoted mother to her children: Frank Galos, Joseph P. Egenlauf II, Wesley Egenlauf, and Jewell Egenlauf. Her legacy will live on in her grandchildren—Luke, Joey, Scarlett, Saint, Ollie, and Emerie—who were the light of her life.

In addition to her family, she was predeceased by her father, Daniel Franklin, her mother, Ruby Valle (nee Pitts), and her brothers, Daniel Franklin and David Franklin. Their memories will forever be treasured in the hearts of those who knew and loved them.
